Bathroom Mold Remediation

A local property manager called on SERVPRO of Metro Pittsburgh East Representative, Adam, to assist one of his properties following a 5-room sewage backup. Production manager Dan lead his crew in performing safe and effective methods of sewage cleanup.

In order to help the realtor get the property ready to sell, we had to remove the affected building materials (in this case, the bathtub and the surrounding walls were grossly contaminated).

Once removed, the property manager decided to use our Reconstruction Division to complete the new renovations of the bathroom in order to get the bathroom in selling condition.
